President
A graduate of Rizal Medical Center and member of the Fellow of the Philippine Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, bringing top-tier clinical expertise to the region. He currently serves as the Chairman of the ENT-HNS departments at Cavite East Asia Medical Center and Gentrimedical Center and Hospital, and maintains active affiliations with Medical Center Imus and Navarrete EENT Clinic, driving the Center's mission to provide exceptional local specialty.

With more than 30 years of dedicated practice as an EENT specialist in Cavite, Dr. Navarrete pairs unparalleled local experience with exceptional clinical leadership. He currently serves as the Chairman of Cavite East Asia Medical Center and the Corporate Secretary of Gentrimedical Center and Hospital, while maintaining active affiliations with Navarrete EENT Clinic. A graduate and former Medical Director of Rizal Medical Center, he is a true pillar of Cavite healthcare. He currently serves as Chairman of Dasmariñas City Medical Center and sits on the Board of Directors for both Cavite East Asia Medical Center and South Imus Specialist Hospital, while remaining active at Saquilayan EENT Clinic—anchoring our Center with unmatched clinical and administrative excellence.

Brings over 20 years of dedicated ENT-HNS expertise in lower Cavite and exceptional healthcare leadership to our founding team. A graduate of Manila Doctors Hospital, a Fellow (Life Member) of the Philippine Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, he represents top-tier clinical excellence. He currently serves as the Medical Director of Cavite East Asia Medical Center and sits on the Board of Directors for Gentrimedical Center and Hospital, while continuing to serve the community through Jamir EENT Clinic.
